Occasionally the serial number would have to be re-entered for some reason but it was very user friendly. A number of months have passed and I needed to do another website. When I pulled up the 8. So I bought version So far, everything I have tried to do in this software has not worked. I use another hosting for my domain and they are trying to force me to use their hosting.
I have had every error message possible, I have called customer service and asked them to call me and many hours later, no response.
I do not recommend this at all, the customer support is nonexistent and in my opinion, just messed up. The website I created in I am hoping somehow I can get my money back from Amazon.
Install wasn't great at first but quick response from Vcom. I love this software compared to most gui web creations. It's fairly simple with lots of extras that most other programs don't have. I did have some issues with the help desk but once I got to the right people, they had me fixed in a matter of hours. If you are having issues with registering your product you need to go to vcom. It took about 4 uninstalls and reinstalling for this product to not be glitchy on my windows 10 platform. Once it did finally open and you can manage to find the template gallery, you will be immensely disappointed. These template I have seen around the internet for the last 10 years.
This is one great program! The download was fast and easy. It installed perfectly! The software itself is exactly as described. I'm a novice and it took me about an hour and a half to do a decent website. I go back almost daily to make changes. I'm glad that I went ahead and took a chance on this! Do NOT buy! This product is no longer supported and therefor no longer works! Tech support says they stopped supporting it 2 years ago. Don't waste your money. There are no refunds for it.
It deserves NO stars. The product does not work. We were scammed. It 's a useless piece of software which amazon should be selling. Good value for money. The software is easy to use and the websites look OK. I have problems with the program not starting after some major Windows updates. If this happens, you must uninstall and tyen re-install.
Great software for making great websites but major problems with the way the program is administered. I've used Webeasy since I bought a lifetime license. Every time I needed to periodically update my website I had to reinstall the software and re-enter the activation code, which irritated me.
I contacted support and was told there was a bug, and each time there was a Windows update, the program had to be reloaded and reactivated. I did that for years. Now I find that even though I have a lifetime license, I can no longer download the product web easy professional 10 download free full version purchasing it again. Great way to tell a lifetime purchaser to go to hell. The product is overpriced in my opinion.
